أعلنت شركة بن زقر التجارية، المتخصصة في التوزيع والخدمات اللوجستية لمجموعة واسعة من المنتجات الاستهلاكية، عبر موقعها الإلكتروني، عن توفّر عدد (12) وظيفة إدارية شاغرة للسعوديين، على مسمى “تنفيذي الأوراق المالية”؛ وذلك للعمل بفروع الشركة في مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية بمركز ثول شمال محافظة جدة.


وأبرزت الشركة، أنّ الوظائف المتاحة لحمَلة شهادة الثانوية العامة، أو ما يعادلها، مع وجود خبرات سابقة.
وأشارت الشركة، إلى أنّ التقديم مُتاحٌ عبر موقعها الإلكتروني للتوظيف، وذلك بدءًا من تاريخ اليوم الموافق 17 نوفمبر 2019م؛ والتقديم مستمر حتى تاريخ 17 يناير 2020م.

الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose
The principal duty of a stock Controller is to organize and monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency. Assigns daily tasks to the warehouse team involves a series of inbound and outbound functions relating to the receipt, storage, cycle counts, picking (following FEFO) consolidation, loading shipping and transfer of goods within the warehouse using WMS functionalities. Accountable for Inbound and delivery execution in the Warehouse.
Main Responsibilities
Inbound Operations :
  • Ensure Standard Inbound warehousing practices are followed in the warehouse as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Maintain the Shift handover Log book for all inbound activities.
  • Ensure all the staff planned for the shift are present and absenteeism is recorded properly with relevant information.
  • Ensure on time inbound in adherence to all safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure the standard KPI requirements for inbound are met as per the SLA (Service level agreements).
  • Monitor the inbound activities and provide guidance to  the warehousemen to receive the shipments for temperature recording (Cold), Damages, Shortages etc.,
  • Ensure the system related documentation are maintained and executed as per the inbound requirements.
  • Ensure the warehouse team records the inbound discrepancies and the same is communicated to the respective parties.
  • Coordinate with supply team for any Purchase order corrections until the required correcting is done, during shift handover the Details should be entered in the handover Log book.
  • Ensure the Quality and safety procedures of Binzagr Company are followed on the daily operations.
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational Efficiency.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Plan work rotation, assign tasks appropriately and manage the staff down the line.
  • Send daily reports on inbound with all necessary information to the line manager.
  • Plan the inbound operational area to avoid/ manage the inbound traffic until the stock reaches the inbound conveyor.
  • Plan the required consumables are properly arranged and, made available in the dock area to facilitate the Inbound.
  • Analyze the failures in the Monthly KPI’s (if any) for efficiency and improvements.
  • Receive feedback from the line manager on all tasks executed and monitor the quality of services provided from internal and external customer.
Outbound Operations :
  • Ensure Standard Outbound warehousing practices are followed in the warehouse as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Maintain the Shift handover/Takeover Log book for all outbound activities.
  • Ensure all the staff planned for the shift are present and absenteeism is recorded properly with relevant information.
  • Ensure the standard KPI requirements for outbound are met as per the agreed SLA (Service level agreements).
  • Monitor whether the outbound orders are processed and shipped on time as per the required schedules and timeline.
  • Plan the Outbound operational area to avoid/ manage the outbound traffic until the stock reaches the outbound staging area/Dock door.
  • Plan the orders to be shipped in the shift based on priority, volume, transport availability and other related factors to avoid any misinterpretation in the outbound activity.
  • Monitor the loading schedules to the branches and follow up on the respective trucks are dispatched on time.
  • Ensure the shipped trucks are always loaded in Full.
 Inventory and cycle count:
  • Ensure inventory and related cycle count activities are executed as per the requirements and monitor the inventory accuracy on daily basis.
  • Any deviations to the inventory standards should be thoroughly investigated until the solution is derived. Negligence is strictly not allowed.
  • The inventory accuracy and the cycle count activities for the Internal and 3PL customers should be executed and maintained as per the agreed SLA’s.
  • Documentation of the inventory and related activities should be retained as per the documentation retention policies of customers. 
Returns and Damages
  • Manage reverse logistics.
  • The returns should be accepted only if there is proper documents for returns.
  • Record keeping of damages (in-house or import).
  • Investigate the Root cause analysis (RCA) for In house damages and define preventive measures for avoiding recurrences.
  • Ensure the disposal of the damage products are executed on time with necessary approvals.
Housekeeping & General safety:
  • Ensure proper Cleanliness inside the warehouse handling area.
  • Ensure the trash are cleared during handover and takeover of every shift.
  • Ensure the Dock area clean and tidy, without any plastic wraps and other wastes.
  • Ensure the wheels are chocked before every transaction in the Dock door.
  • Safeguard the staff with proper personal protective equipment (PPE’s) wherever applicable inside the operating area.
  • Ensure daily shift briefing is conducted on safety and other operational related activities.

المهارات

Graduate in related field preferable
Min 5 Years of Experience in the Warehousing & Distribution Operations
 Essential:
 Occupational Health and Safety Knowledge:
 Applies knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, techniques and practices, and to identifying and controlling safety hazards.
Analytical Reasoning: Using a logical reasoning process to break down and work through a situation or problem to arrive at an outcome.
Skilled: 
Reporting & Monitoring: Knowledge of the work process, timelines, requirements, parties involved to communicate and dissemination technical or methods. This includes alternative ways to inform  via written communication or oral information
Mathematics: Using mathematics to solve problems to achieve objectives.
Computer Knowledge: The ability to use computers and any related technology efficiently, with a range of skills covering levels from elementary use to reporting, documentation and problem solving
